So, to note some key games to monitor for each of the undefeated teams
Georgia Tech plays at UNC on 12/15 (first true road game for Tech resulting in a LOSS)
TCU plays at home against SCar on Sunday (resulting in a LOSS) but doesn't play a true ranked away game until 2/2 at Iowa State (boy, the Big 12 is really down this year!).
UConn plays at ND on Thu 12/12 and then at Tenn on 2/6 and SCar on 2/12 (No predictions for this team)
Minnesota plays at Nebraska on Sun (prediction LOSS)
Maryland first ranked road game is 1/5 but they play Michigan State (also undefeated) at home on 12/29 (LOSS)
Michigan State plays at home vs. Iowa on 12/15 but also has Alabama at home on 12/20 and the noted Maryland game away on 12/29. I can see Mich State winning all 3 of these games and their first loss not coming until at Nebraska on 1/8
Iowa plays Tennessee this Sat at neutral site Barclays but at Mich State on 12/15 (LOSS)
tOSU plays arguably the easiest schedule of these Big Ten teams and doesn't have true ranked away game until 1/8 at Michigan. The next hard away game is 2/5 at UCLA (LOSS) so tOSU could be climbing the polls until then.
UCLA doesn't play a ranked team away until 1/4 at Indiana. Indiana plays tenacious defense but the Bruins have too much firepower. The only concern on their schedule to me is 2/3 at USC (Juju time).
LSU has been extremely lucky thus far with squeaking out 2 wins over unranked Washington and Stanford. This team should be better than they have looked so who knows if Auburn, Tenn or Oklahoma can beat them before they play at SCar on 1/23 (LOSS).
Tenn plays Iowa on Sat which is when I predict the LVs will lose. Sorry
@stwainfan but the cupcake bubble and the euphoria over high scoring games will come to an abrupt halt. If they get by Iowa, they have a reprieve until Oklahoma at home on 1/5 and LSU at home on 1/9. They then play at Vandy on 1/19 and at Texas on 1/23,
Western Kentucky plays at Kentucky on 12/28 (LOSS)
Albany has already won at Syracuse, plays at Wisconsin on 12/20 but then at LSU on 12/29 (LOSS).
Buffalo is interesting as they do not play any P4 teams so their schedule is heavy with Mid-Majors. They could go undefeated for quite a while given their conference doesn't look particularly strong this year.
Portland play at home vs. Princeton on Sat but if they get by that, they too do not play P4 Teams but do have Ore State, Wash State and Ines led Gonzaga.
Thoughts?
