This really reads like a joke given the recent Carolina ruling.

It's like they got hit harder than anyone even hoped Carolina would, for about 1 tenth the violation severity.

There's got to be a punchline coming.

Hey the NCAA sees it this way. UNC got penalized and they even have North in their name and aren’t that good at basketball. Works for everyone.
