Many posters over at the UNC scout site think coach K just coached his last game. They are saying that his post game presser sounded like a man that is ready to hang it up. Sounds like nonsense to me, you certainly would never hear the media talking about how it's time for him to retire like they do with Calhoun.

All that hair dye has the media fooled, K is actually 78 years old.

UNC board doesn't seem like the most impartial source for that, no?

UNC had/has a close to 8-10 page thread that has many convinced that their starting 5 could beat the Bobcats.

End of story.

Not unlike JC, K had a difficult team to coach this year. They chemistry was not dookie like, as the chemistry was not Huskie like. These guys are not young and the wear and tear of a season takes it's toll whether you win or lose- more so when you lose. This was a particularly difficult loss for K and his band of boys. He just flat out looked like a whipped man. I don't think he nor JC want to leave with this being their last season.
As much as rivers was touted coming in he was not nor will he be a Dookie PG. He has a pro game that does not translate well in a syste like duke.

Gotta love the tourney College ball is so unpredictable.

The morning slows actually let me believe this, lol. Had to google it to make sure.

No way. He was just beat. All that talent, playing a game at home. Much as I dislike Dook, I think K is a great coach and he gave all the credit to Lehigh, where it belonged. Lehigh made the plays, were in the right spot and made the most of every opportunity.

Wouldn't that be like the Louisville board claiming that cal has coached his last game?
