"Check back 48 hours before the event to download your ticket. There's no mobile pass available for this ticket. Please check your confirmation email for more info."

anyone experience this before? the "confirmation email" is just the same as the normal email when you get when you buy. There is no button for me to save the ticket to my Wallet

Call your account rep that's what they get paid for.

I've always wondered - but don't wanna find out - what would happen if my phone s*** the bed right before I got inside the venue.

To the OP, I remember something similar happening maybe 2 years ago now, and it worked itself out. If it doesn't straighten out once you're within the 48 hour window, I'd call.

I went to see a show at MSG this summer and Ticketmaster wouldn't let me save the ticket to my phone, you had to go to their website and show them a barcode to scan

Issue is there was a constantly moving animation over the barcode specifically so you couldn't just use a screenshot, you had to show the live website

What if the influx of people gave me problems with cell service and I couldn't load it? Or I just didn't have service/wifi for whatever reason? I would've been screwed lol

Same thing happened to me two years ago when me and my wife went to UConn at DePaul. Two days before the event I received my tickets through email and downloaded to my wallet. Ordered through vivid seats I think

I have this problem with Celtics tickets. The Celtics have an app that is connected to your Ticketmaster account. The app won't save the tickets to my Apple Wallet so I have to access them through the Celtics app. Luckily the cell service at the Garden is very good so I haven't had any issues. If this happened at Gampel I'd be SOL because the cell service at Gampel is nonexistent and the Wifi is terrible.
