I just came back from watching South Carolina dismantle Kentucky. I was watching to see how the "three guard offense" would do against a team like Carolina. In the first quarter South Carolina had trouble figuring out what to do with a team even smaller than Connecticut. At the end of the first Kentucky was down by only six. To start the second Dawn pulled Cardoza and Kitts and the team started to jell and pull away. When they came back in they started to connect with several high lows . I left at the end of the third when South Carolina ahead by around 45. I came to the game wondering how Connecticut could keep up with South Carolina. Now I think both teams will have to play their best in order to win and either one could. Kentucky's guards were out sized, not in shape and barely ran an offense yet it took South Carolina a while to figure them out. I don't think the Gamecocks have encountered a group like Paige, Nika, KK and Shade and it could turn out to be very disruptive to South Carolina's offense and defense. Of course South Carolina is enormously talented and Connecticut has to be disciplined but relentless. I was particularly impressed with #25,Johnson, as well as their ability to move the ball and make outside shots. However I don't know how they'll react to a team that isn't afraid of them, doesn't back down and has the talent to back it up
