In the last 8 years any time UConn has been ranked 1 or 2 they've pretty much lived up to that. Let's hope the streak continues. 2006 and 2009 were the big disappointments but they were picked 5 and 3 respectively those years.

This we won't know until they play some competitive ball. We have answers, options and very good players. Our roster is the best in the league. But the truth is we are still "young" and looking for a leader and a dependable scorer. Is it Bazz/Lamb or someone else? I think by late January or so we will have an indication as to this team's capabilities and expected success.
