It's official the next game will either be against Providence or Georgetown. Who do you think it will be.

I'm guessing that the Georgetown Providence game will be a low scoring affair...neither team will want to face a Huskies team after a week of practice with the whole team...

My hope as well, and I am sure it is that of most UConn fans as well. The bracket is set up so that if the higher ranked team wins each of their games, our hope will be fulfilled. Go Huskies!

Just by virtue of the school names, Providence sounds more likely.

Comparing each of their last games against UConn, Providence scored 18 fewer points than G'Town did, 31 & 49 points respectively.

The Georgetown game was the second game with everyone back except Paige, while the Providence game was Senior night WITH Paige, a major difference between the two games. I don't see any team in the Big East Tournament getting within 30 points of UConn and the first game against either the Friars or the Hoyas will not be within 50 points.

If Villanova gets to the final, then blown out. Expect there to be only one Big East team in the tournament.
