The Huskies’ head coach met with media for the first time since August on Thursday.

With the NCAA announcing Nov. 25 as the start date to the college basketball season, UConn women’s basketball’s schedule for the 2020-21 season is beginning to come into focus. The Big East will play a 20-game schedule, Geno Auriemma confirmed on a call with media on Thursday, with a minimum of three or four of those games being played in December. Typically, the conference season doesn’t begin until January.
