My wife always records the Antique Road Show on PBS and she showed me a portion of the 2nd hour of the one done at Wadsworth Mansion in Long Hill, CT. It is the second hour portion that was shown on 1/10/22 around the bottom of the hour. The lady who owns the rings all 11 rings, one of only 3 (Geno & CD), and the appraiser gave a current estimated value of $100,000 for the complete set.

Did they say what the provenance was on those rings? If I recall correctly Geno had, I’m going to say five, of his rings stolen from his car.

Collection of Asst. AD for women's basketball, who has worked with the team since 1995.
Thanks, I didn't hear her position and I didn't want to use her name because of the rings themselves are too valuable IMO to do that on a message board even the Boneyard.

Great post @MSGRET and thanks for the video @fireford .
The Mansion At Long Hill is located in Middletown Ct. For history buffs it has been home to to an assortment of folks, from the rich and famous to the homeless. Living in the area in the 60s it was known as The Nunnery.
It is now a multi-faceted venue for weddings year around and summer concerts on the lawn.

It's difficult to estimate what they would sell for at an auction house like Sothby's.
He said to insure the rings for $100K, but they could sell for even more money if sold at an open auction.
Just the auction fees alone can raise the final price.
Some wealthy collector would probably pay even more for them if they were really on a mission to buy them.
The sky is the limit when it comes to such a rare & complete collection, it depends on the desire of the individuals doing the bidding.

Didn't Geno have a set of rings stolen from his car? How many? I wonder if they will ever show up.

Yes, I believe it was the first 5 rings. He might have gotten them back, does anyone know? I vaguely recall the rings were stolen from his car in NJ. Should know better than to take rings to NJ :)

But the person was on national prime-time TV. What are you saying about Yarders?

$100,000? Mine at that price!

At auction I believe the price would be multiples of that.
