UConn women's basketball already has two incoming freshmen with officially signed National Letters of Intent from the Class of 2025.
The program could get two more by the end of the season.
As reported by Dushawn London from 247Sports, Agot Makeer, the No. 4-ranked recruit in the Class, has narrowed down her choices to three schools: Michigan State, South Carolina and UConn. Makeer, a 6-foot-1 wing from Canada, has been interested in UConn since 2024 and has kept the Huskies in her list of top choices since narrowing down to six schools in August.
Makeer told Talia Goodman from On3 that UConn has been a "dream school" for her since she was a kid. "Them reaching out and wanting me to be part of their team has been kind of shocking, but at the same time, not really. They just make pros and that’s what attracts me to UConn," Makeer told Goodman.
