I would assume that's correct since the schedule on the UCONN site says "ESPN3". ESPN3 is how I watch the SNY games (from outside SNY's broadcast area), but the other SNY games on the schedule say "SNY."

IIRC, the preseason games aren't usually on broadcast TV.

UC Davis streams home games. However they usually dont have live audio. You can hear the scorer announce baskets and fouls. Hopefully for this game they get their radio announcers on the video stream.

If you have an Apple TV and WatchESPN, you should be able to see the game on ESPN3. That's how I viewed UConn's Midnight Madness.
