Thanks for posting. I was about to ask why I'm listening to some odd people talking instead of the game. I'm assuming WHUS is carrying it. I've been listening for 5 or more minutes and have no clue what they're talking about.

Excuse what is a dumb question, but is Hill our regular SS or a fill in for an injured player. I haven't seen him play, but I feels like every time I read the BY he's making an error. He's playing poorly today.

Excuse what is a dumb question, but is Hill our regular SS or a fill in for an injured player. I haven't seen him play, but I feels like every time I read the BY he's making an error. He's playing poorly today.

He is replacing Verdi who has been hurt all season. He is error prone at times but has done a nice job as a Freshmen, especially at the plate.

He has 8 errors in 15+ games (this is game #17 for the Huskies) and 62 Plate Appearances (51 ABs+11(I)BB). That indicates pretty regular starting playing time.

You can't assume a double play, but it sounded from WHUS that he misplayed a DP ball (got the lead runner) as well as his error in the first.

I would have thought he'd be back by now... Only doing stints as a pitch runner though. Heard on one broadcast he's been doing some fielding. No word on swinging of the bat that I heard.

I heard the earliest he may be back is the Cincy series and that series starts 4/11
