We're both pretty excited He's about a year and a half younger than I when my Dad first took me. No only that, but I haven't been since a week before my wedding (sat on The Monster as a gift from my brother. Incidentally, I celebrate 10 years with my wife on Wednesday.).

They got me a "Lego" model of Fenway for my birthday, and from the day we laid the first of the 3200+ pieces, he's been wanting to go.

Part of it is bittersweet. I got him tickets as a birthday present in early August and my expectation was for him to experience a playoff atmosphere. C'est la vie, I suppose. At the very least, the smaller crowd will allow me to keep better track of him in the concourse.

I was just discussing this over lunch with a buddy yesterday. We both agree that UCF is a top 5 team this year. They’d have a legit shot at the championship if they were ranked appropriately right now. 15 is way too low. That’s pretty obvious just from watching them a couple times.
