Was thinking about this before. Since 1990, when we get out of the 2nd round, our record is:

Sweet 16: 12-4 (losses coming in '91, '94, '96' 03)
Elite 8: 7-5 (losses coming in '90, '95, '98, '02, '06)
Final 4: 6-1 (loss in '09)
Championship: 6-0

If you want to look recently...since the 2004 championship:

Sweet 16: 6-0
Elite 8: 5-1
Final 4: 4-1
Championship: 4-0

There are other stats that also speak to our blue-blood consistency. We are the only program to win natties in each of the past four calendar decades. And if you divide the past 30 years into decades, we have won two natties in each of the decades.

1996-2005: natties in 1999 and 2004
2006-2015: natties in 2011 and 2014
2016-2025: natties in 2023 and 2024

And let's remember, when you ask who has won the most titles all-time, you have to go back into pre-modern times to beat UConn. Here are the standings over the past 50 years:
