Creighton is planning a throwback exhibition game, complete with peach baskets instead of rims. To make it easier for the offense, they will use barrels rather than baskets. The event will be called the Creighton Barrel.

The Old Market is a great place. Get to the zoo, if you can, it is pretty nice. And steaks, really good steaks. Dang it all, feeling homesick again...

Cool! Let the trash talking begin! My brother-in-law works in the Creighton dental lab, my two nieces graduated from Creighton. Now, if UConn would schedule Nebraska it would be twice the fun as I could get my dad into the act too!. Me against the Omaha branch of the family.

Geno had nothing but high praise for Nebraska when they hosted the regionals last year. He kinda suggested he would love
to play a home/home with Nebraska. Given that we won't be going to Creighton after they come here, I wouldn't bet against a
trip to play Nebraska out there in 2015-2016 with them returning the favor the following year.

I may try to get a good seat to that game. I plan on going back to Neb. to hunt in November!
