With her 16 points versus St. John's last night, Paige has now scored 2,131 points at UConn. That places her in 12th place all-time, just 2 points behind Rebecca Lobo at #11 and 10 pts behind Kara Wolters at #10. In order to crack the top 9, Paige needs to score 25 points. That spot is held by Diana Taurasi with 2,156 pts.

In addition to scoring 2,131 points, Paige has 488 assists. That is good for #14 spot all-time. Next up would be Kelly Faris in 13th place with 525 assists. Getting all the way to spot #10 and passing Maya Moore will require 56 more assists. Maya has 544 in that 10th place.

Finally, Paige is 12th all-time in 3 point field goals with 211. Mel Thomas is 11th at 224 treys and Crystal Dangerfield is 10th with 241 from outside the arc. Crystal may be hard to reach...

There is an outside chance Paige could end up in the top 10 all-time in scoring, assists and three pointers..! Go Paige..!!

Factor in her freshman season was shorter than a normal season due to Covid, only 29 games. Standard is somewhere between 36-40 and she missed 19 games her sophomore year. Even just adding an extra 25 games at her career average of 19 ppg, that’s an additional 475 points.

Had she been healthy and covid never existed, I wouldn’t be surprised if she challenged mayas school record. I think she’s the best scoring guard to ever come through the program, if not the best scorer ever. All of that while still being labeled passive and resistant to shoot. Just an incredible talent, and even better kid, that we’ve been lucky to watch.
