1. Who's idea was a 10 pm start? The one that turned into 10:25.
2. Furman or not, expecting it to be tough without Demary.
3. 14-10 @first time out. Was 12-4 a few seconds ago.
4. These Furman guys are starting to feel their oats. 16/15.
5. Horrible foul call on Reibe at 10:05. Free-throw give Furman the lead, 18-19.
6. Tarris has a double double with 8:50 left in the first half. Looks like Furman has no-one who can play with him.
7. 26-19 @6:35 In the half.
8. Story of the 1st half is Tarris Reed. 8 of 8 from the floor, 19 points 15 boards and zero fouls.
9. Out shooting from deep has so far been atrocious. One of fourteen from three point in the first half. That's what's keeping Furman (6 of 12 from 3) in the game.
10. 2-1/2 minutes into the 2nd half, our lead is back to 10. And Solo hit the team's 2nd 3 of the night.
11. Uh-oh. Reed missed one from the field. His shot at a perfect shooting night is gone.
12. Alex has hit a couple 3s in the first 8 minutes of the 2nd half.
13. There is one ref who has called 3 fouls on Reibe, who's only played 4 minutes so far. At least two of those calls were just horse hockey.
14. Oops, make that 3 ridiculous calls on Reibe from the same ref.
15. 10 minutes left, up 10.
16. Reed playing like a man possessed on the boards.
17. Reed ended up with 27 rebounds. Furman had 23 -- for the whole team.
18. Reed ended up with 1 foul, and that was called in the closing minutes of the game.
