Hi 3. I'm curious about, how this offering system actually works?
We seem to want Stone / Newman, for the class of 15,
but have offered 15 other guys too.
1st to accept the scholarship gets them?
or do they both have to still mutually agree again,
even if the scholarship has already been offered?

My guess is first to commit is how UCONN will proceed with the scholarships remaining. Not sure why I think UCONN ends up with four more when they only have three ships left. Just a feeling.
