Moved up because of the Stanford loss to Oregon. I'm surprised that some voters had Oregon as the 5th or 6th Ranked team. Guess they didn't pay attention to UConns close road wins last week. 2019-20 Women's College Basketball Rankings for Week 12 | ESPN

I'm surprised at how many voters had Oregon rated 5th or 6th. I thought with the Stanford loss, Oregon would be 3rd.

A large gap closing near the end of a game does not make a close win. I’d look at the win probability stat for each game to see how often in the 2nd half this percentage is close to 50%. By that metric no games have been close except the Baylor game where we fell apart in the 4th quarter.
