"As Walker sized up McGhee, who at 6 feet 11 inches was no match for Walker’s quickness, his mouth seemed to water. He strode forward, then backed off, killing a few seconds by dribbling between his legs. Then Walker went for the kill: a stabbing move to his right, a crossover dribble to pull the ball back to his left hand at the foul line and then a step-back move so devastating that it buckled McGhee’s knees, leaving him tumbling to the floor like a falling china cabinet. McGhee was just staggering to his feet when Walker, now unguarded at the top of the circle, coolly rose and dropped in a 15-footer. The horn sounded, and the Huskies had won. And they kept on winning."
