Uconn is 4 for 20 on 3 pointers

Well duh. When you’re guard oriented but the guard can’t shoot, you have major issues. Very concerning.

Tonight 7-26 26%. And a couple of those were in the last minutes of garbage time.

They don't just miss, they come out badly, too. It looks like they're shooting them sideways. They'll hit the rim and twirl around at high speed and take off to a place where the rebound perfectly springs an opposition break.

I still wonder why the offense is mainly pass it around on the perimeter and launch a 3... we can't shoot 3's, stop doing it. This offensive style hasn't worked since we had Hamilton, Purvis and Boat, and even then it wasn't very good. Recruit some shooters or change the style of the offense.

Ray Allen was the best and he would practice shooting all the time. Shooting can improve with practice.

Great comment, Waquoit. What happened to the gym rats? Good old-fashioned shooting practice...does anyone do it anymore?
