Kaitlyn Chen setting the tone for UConn

As the second-most experienced player on the roster, the Princeton transfer is leading by example for the Huskies.

Connolly apparently trying to start a fight in the locker room. Just kidding, but his title doesn't line up with the facts or his own article. If we are lucky enough to get another Lou I'll be over the moon. It's been suggested that Kaitlyn competed in the harder league and we should see that on the court. If the Ivy League is genuinely tougher than the MAAC I'd be surprised. Most of the Ivy is simply uncompetitive. Then there is the fact that Lou, as a foriegn, unranked player was settling for Fairfield, an excellent MAAC program and she exploded as a player in the MAAC. No explosion at Princeton that I am aware of, though Kaitlyn will be a worthy addition at UConn.

The most interesting piece of Dan's article for me was:

I gotta say it seems we are increasingly a different kind of board, meaning less fun. There was a day when if Nan served up this smorgsboard of media threads would proliferate like mushrooms (thanks so much Nan) But now it's pretty much crickets in reaction to her work.
