He basically said that an NBA offer doesnt get any better than the Lakers and he cant imagine something better. This sounds almost like he has it so good here between success and family that him leaving is not likely no time soon. My interpretation? Yes his dream is to coach in the NBA but the only way he leaves is if he gets an insane offer he simply cant say no to. 5 more years of success like hes had recently and a team may throw caution to the wind and lay that offer on the table that makes him the highest paid coach in the sport somewhere close to home. Nets, Knicks, Celtics, Sixers possibly.
