UCF came close on punt block twice and this may have affected Wain. I can see BD trying to reason that we don't want a block in the back setting us back on returns or the returner taking a chance and muffing the catch while he tries to return the kick. The rule that we put no pressure on the punter, try for a punt block, hope to alter the kick or have the punter miss handle the snap is crazy. We have a coach that handcuffs our own team. Fuller pretty much nails it...the whole ugly truth about this coaching regime and its results. We own the dubious distinction of being dead last among IA teams in how many games it took us to score any points in the first quarter. We are where we deserve to be at this point.
