Patriot League. One team above .500 overall and all the rest below .500This write up makes Holy Cross sound like Alabama.
Agreed. However, While we may, (or may not), have a better handle on this years team after Fresno, and this will be Holy Cross's first game, we certainly cannot afford to take The Cross or anyone else lightly. I'd like to be wrong but I believe this game will be a battle.Patriot League. One team above .500 overall and all the rest below .500
This is the one shot at a W. Hopefully the boys are up for it.Agreed. Yale also plays HC.If we are to gauge any improvement, UConn would need to thump HC. Any semblance of a close game or loss will signal another year of the same.
Fresno St plays Wyoming also, I believeYale also plays HC.
It sort of does. I mean they were 7-5, not 12-0. Won the Patriot, not the SEC.This write up makes Holy Cross sound like Alabama.
No. He looks way too much like Bobby Fiasco who is apparently out of football right nowBob Chesney seems like he has good upward momentum in his career. Is this a guy we should consider getting on our staff should we have an opening next year?

I think it will be a good test and it’s always good to play long time opponents. But jeez, let’s have some perspective.
I knew we have been struggling against FCS opponents in the recent past but this list informed me the trend isn’t so recent any more. The FCS games are definitely bell weathers for the rest of the season.perspective- UConn Vs FCS since 2013

What do you mean? No win by more than one score and a loss in the last 7 years?I knew we have been struggling against FCS opponents in the recent past but this list informed me the trend isn’t so recent any more. The FCS games are definitely bell weathers for the rest of the season.
