Not sure I'd say Tommy Myers has good hands, per se. I'm a big fan since he's from my hometown and my late mother helped in his recruitment process (former Coventry AD), but the kid is young and has a lot of development ahead of him. He's got the size and athleticism -- he just needs to develop the catching ability. I think that'll just come with practice and time. He's definitely bobbling the ball less and in a year or two I think he's going to be phenomenal for us.

Really, if you look around at how many sophomores we have with such potential, you start to get really excited about the next couple of years.

I don't really think he has had enough opportunities to determine if he has good hands. I think he catches the catchable balls but can't get the ones that are thrown behind or too high. Etc...

Need to keep feeding this kid

He's got to be made an integral part of the offense. If not a primary target, then he should be the second option. BS needs to look up from the pass rush and find Tommy as his outlet before he tucks and runs. Big targets, turned and waiting for the ball can be godsends to QB's under siege.

How in the world can Tommy play BB if he does not have good hands!!!! Didn't he play BB in HS?
He was like twice the size of most kids on the other teams. Watched him play my brothers several times. He was just a load to handle, just throw it up high and let him work.

Honestly, it'd be nice to see him and Bloom see more pass catching opportunities down the middle of the field... If we can execute more pass plays in the middle of the field and they come from those two, this offense will be formidable.
