Cincinnati is inconsistent. They have played well vs. the likes of Washington State and Virginia Tech, but lost to Miami University and Marshall.

Mom has been in and out of the hospital 3 times since last Friday. On Tuesday we changed hospitals and went to Yale-NH instead of the other New Haven Hospital. Yale found two broken bones in the other leg that the first hospital never identified. I think we have finally turned the corner. She may have protracted salmonella while in the first hospital, too.

Can't believe how bad this team looks so far. Sloppy play on both ends of the court. Good that they are playing Cinc. and not some other team with better players. Of course if they were playing a better team, they would probably be playing better.

I used to spend time there when I was visiting a nurse-manager friend of mine. Glad it's still high quality. Glad your mom is doing better, too. It's so tough when there are multiple problems.

We do have a tendency to play down to competition this season more than usual. Geno does not like that, to put it mildly.
