Surprised nobody posted this yesterday. So does Ollie still get his bonus for the good APR score?
The UConn men’s basketball program continued to distance itself from its past academic problems, posting a 995 score in the Academic Progress Rate statistics released by the NCAA on Wednesday.
The scores represent a four-year rolling APR average, or from academic years 2013-14, which ended with an NCAA championship for the UConn men, through 2016-17. The program had a perfect 1,000 score last year and remains far above the 930 threshold that would bring penalties. The program’s APR for the 2016-17 academic year was 978, possibly affected by several transfers in spring 2017.
