The tourney starts Thursday...celebrity pro-am today with a nice asortment
of UConn athletic personnel. To olde-timers it is still and will ever be The GHO.

Bet they get a decent following...which would be much bigger if they can lasso a couple
of players to caddy for them.

Dan Orlovsky...seems to have found a home analyzing football games for espn...does a nice job.
Nancy Stevens [retired field hockey coach....won 3 National Championships
Mike Cavanaugh hockey coach
Honorary Husky: Bill Murray....comedian. Son is assistant coach on men's team.
Bill got plenty of face-time on TV during NCAA tourney...traveled all over and was
enthusiastic rooter. Upcoming season...be a good luck charm again.
Several UConn men players are there as well...don't know about the women.
