USA Basketball’s Board of Directors named Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski a co-recipient of USA Basketball’s 2014 National Coach of the Year award. Krzyzewski, a six-time USA Basketball National Coach of the Year honoree, led the national team to a gold medal at the FIBA Basketball World Cup in Bilbao, Barcelona and Madrid, Spain this past summer.

Krzyzewski shares the award with Connecticut women's basketball head coach Geno Auriemma, who garners the accolade for the third time in his career.
