Having said all of this, the conspiracy theory cynic in me is conjuring the notion that the NCAA-- lobbied by marquee figures-- actually wants to stack the draw against UConn advancing to the Final Four, thus breaking its extraordinary streak & exclaiming their coveted parity narrative at the highest level.
