Feelings hurt? After the last few years, anywhere in the tournament would be very welcome!! (Though obviously would like to be higher and think we have the potential to be).

It is better to be a 10 seed rather than an 8 or 9, IMO. We know what happened last time UConn was a 7, btw, 10 would not be very different.

Yeah I would definitely rather be a #10 or a #7 over an #8 or #9. Being honest, I am expecting a higher overall seed in general but as I said in the rankings thread I don't mind being underestimated. We have a ton of talent and a great coach. I think 1-3 we'll be as good as anyone in the country and come Conference and NCAA tournaments it will show!

Yeah but the fact he has North Texas IN and Western Kentucky OUT puts a fork in all his credibility.

I think its totally fair. Our range is pretty steep

Upside - if all falls into place, RJ is a floor general, bouk continues ascent, the bigs gel as a unit, and AJax comes along we could end up like 23-5 and a #2 seed. We could also struggle adapting to the big east, have some injuries to key guys, and all the sudden our floor is 12 seed bubble at 16-12 or something.

Putting us at 9 seems right in the middle of those outcomes and totally fair
