MIssing Castle and having Spence, Cling and Kar all under 100%, that's about right.

Yeah these rankings cannot be taken seriously for a few more weeks. I believe they only came out because the ACC and Big Ten started conference play this past weekend.

Houston sure knows how to game the NET rankings. How are they ahead of Arizona?

Undefeated with larger scoring margins relative to expectations. They're #1 in KenPom and EvanMiya as well. 2nd in Torvik to Purdue.

Alabama ranked ahead of an undefeated ACC team that beat them.

Sounds familiar . . .

Well, that ACC team beat LSU not Bama, but I understand your point :)

Without their starting QB there is no way you can look at that team and think they’re a contender to win the championship. If I’m wrong then they should beat Georgia. Had GA still been in the CFP they would have been my bet to win it all despite the 3 pt loss to Alabama.

I don’t like any of the SEC teams but in football it would be hard to crown anyone a legitimate national champion without including whoever wins the SEC Championship.

And yet they aren't going to be that good when they finally play somebody. I think they are good, I just think they are overrated.

No, Texas beat Alabama. Clemson didn't play Alabama.

This is a basketball board. I’m referring to the NET rankings, in a thread about the NET rankings. Clemson basketball beat Alabama basketball. Alabama is ranked ahead of Clemson.

I was drawing a comparison to the CFP debacle. Is it really this difficult?

I was following the football reference. Which is what you responded to. So why respond to the football reference and switch to basketball with no segue? Is that so difficult to follow?
