I have watched quietly as the season has moved along as the Team has hung in there at #4 (or so) in the National Rankings, and been ranked lower by BY'ers and Husky fans, presumably because of what they lost... rather than by what they still have in talent and Coaching. There are no returning AAs...but there are some who are playing well enough to be AAs by seasons end. And, more importantly, this year's UCONN Women's Basketball Team has met every challenge. They have beaten the teams they are and were supposed to beat. They are undefeated and looking better and more cohesive each game. No one expects them to go undefeated, but you know...it could happen. The supposed invincible's have proven to not be so, the entire landscape is different, competition is keen across the board. But one thing that has stayed the same so far...our Huskies have met each and every challenge. I am behind them to continue to do so. The Feb 3rd game with Oregon will be incredible....and I just learned I am going to be sitting center court, about 7 rows up that evening. OHHHHHH LIfe is GOOD! :D:D:D [/QUOTE]
