What are you all cooking up for this weekend's game w/ UCF? Here's our menu:

Breakfast- Bacon, Egg, Cheese on Hard Rolls (from Harvest Bakery in Bristol- best rolls in Conn.)

App- Stuffed Clams on the Grill

Lunch- Low Country Shrimp Boil (adding in lime and lemons makes it "Florida" Style apparently)
& lots of beers...

Keeping it simple.
Orange juice (screwdrivers?)...there's our Florida influence.
Breakfast sandwiches, chili dogs, beer galore. And apparently, an umbrella.

I acutally made some Cubans last weekend at home for the USF game. So good- I def need to make them more often.

I probably only eat them at the annual pilgrimage of a FL football team up to our cozy confines of The Rent, but that makes it all that much more special. I know it's heresy to most, but I hate pickles so I have it left off my sandwich. Drastically changes the taste, but what am I to do.
We've also been including jello shots recently. Orange vodka with orange jello is the easiest. Tried making Malibu and pineapple but need to add more Malibu next time. The 50/50 water/Malibu mix isn't enough. It's fine for the orange shots. Net step is to try and make a Fireball shot. Lots-o-recipes online.
