U19 Spain vs France Semi-Final Game

France leads Spain 20-15 end of 1st qtr. Both teams playing well. France does have a problem getting back on defense when they miss a shot and their post player had to sit because of 2 personal fouls.

Spain leads France 27-26 @ the half. Have to think Spain will eventually take over the game and win by double digits. Really like the game of France's point guard Epoupa. France's offense was non existent when she was on the bench.

France leads 42-40 end of 3rd Qtr. If France could make their Free Throws they would have a more comfortable lead. Still think Spain wins, but they're keeping France in the game.

Spain took the lead, but couldn't finish. Ran poor offense down the stretch. Epopua who makes 1 of 2 free throws to seal the game. Then in a bad move fouls the Spanish player with 9 seconds left to give Spain a chance.

Still think Spain was the better team. However they shot 2-13 on their 3's and 6-14 from the free throw line.

France Wins 62-58.

France wins 62-58. Terrible free throw shooting throughout the game. France 47% Spain 43% - terrible. And 3 point shooting was 22% France, 15% Spain.
Defense maybe but ...
We already beat France once and I don't think we would have had a problem with Spain either.
