Based on point differential through the group stage, it appears that their are only three teams in real contention - USA leads with +164, Canada is second at +102, Brazil third at +63 - Puerto Rico is in fourth with -7. That is through three games so the averages per game are +55, +34, +21, and -2.
 
USA outscores PR by 25-3 in the second quarter to lead by 31 points - 48-17. Playing good defense against an overmatched team.

Cox is dominating inside. She looks good. Walker missed a couple more layups but to witness her athletic ability, watch the play with 4 minutes left in the second quarter. On a break at full speed, she catches the pass knee high and without dribbling lays the ball in while being fouled.
 
Obviously a much less competitive field then the U17 team had to deal with........frankly I think they would have beaten these teams without much difficulty.................let's see if Canada can give them a competitive game

Another nice game for Cox: 10 points, team leading 13 rebounds and 4 blocks in 18 minutes. Love those rebounding and blocks numbers.
