I watched the Mali-China game. Mali is not a good team at all but they are very physical, they like to hold and shove on defense. I just hope no one gets injured.

Mali not a good team at all, just watched the last few minutes of the 1st half, saw Durr at the ft line hit 2, and saw Boykin get a rebound and lead the break with a nice pass to KLS I think for a layup

I have been very impressed by her as well. She has the quickest first step for a 6-3 post that I have ever seen. She is incredibly active and finishes well.

AAU Evaluators have said Griner and Mulkey are about equal when Griner was Mulkey's age. All have said Griner had more upside and more athletic. Have said Mulkey is deceptively good. She's better then she looks at times. She reminds me of Margo Dydek who was 7'2" who had a short WNBA career.

Always a little hard to evaluate USA team second string players because they get disjointed minutes with teammates they don't really know and because you are comparing them to the absolute cream of their age range.
