Geno's last contract will pay him 2.4 million in base salary during the last year of the 5 year contract. Should Geno get a raise to equal Ollie's Pay or is the Men's Job much more difficult?

The Women's coach will never make more than the Men's coach. Pretty sure Geno doesn't care, he has made a ton of money in the state.

Degree of difficulty has nothing to do with it. As with all things sports think ching. Nancy Stevens won a NC in field hocky will she get what Geno gets?
Not a chance. It is all about the revenue the sport brings to the school.

This is the reason for schools trying to become big time at football ....It makes the most money...If you succeed at it. Thus highest paid head coach.
Don't fear for Geno, he probably makes more than most the coaches of other sports at the school on the side than they get as a base salary. They have no problem with what the revenue generating coaches make as it covers the sport that they get paid to coach that loses money.
