Twitter Insert

Can someone give me a quick rundown on how I put a tweet into a post? I saw it done in the Elite 8 thread on MBB board by BUHusky and can't figure out if I'm supposed to use the embed code or what. If it is the Embed code, how do I get it into the post? I tried using the insert code thing but no luck.
