Fox 26 news reporting that Cynthia Cooper-Dykes will be hired at Southern California. She was HC at Texas Southern this past season.

So Harden was one of the top JUCO players last year? She verbaled to Oklahoma (or whatever it's called when a JUCO selects) but then changed her mind and is going to LSU? I checked Oklahoma's roster this year and she wasn't on it so I assume she wont' have to sit out a year - just change her "verbal" from OK to LSU?

Harden signed with Oklahoma out of high school and played there one year (2011-12). She then transferred to a JUCO and played there this year. Now, she's transferring to a different 4-year college. And, yes, she won't have to sit out a year if she meets the NCAA rules for this type of transfer. This is known as a 4-2-4 transfer, and the rules are outlined on this page. I'm familiar with this because Michigan has a 4-2-4 transfer coming in next year—Shannon Smith, who started out at UNC and then spent this year at TVCC.
