Lzzy and Dany are good friends - the two bands have toured together a couple times and I appreciate Dany as a vocalist. For a very long time The Warning avoided doing straight covers in order to put their original music out. Recently they covered 'You Oughta Know' and I was impressed. When the song was first popular I didn't care for it at all. Since watching them play their version I have grown to really like how it was done, probably because the bass line is so cool, but also because they are such talented musicians and put their own stamp on whatever they do.
