Was he not available or is he that far behind Farrar?
Still recovering from wrist injuryWas he not available or is he that far behind Farrar?
Thanks,Still recovering from wrist injury
That's why I was asking. I'd heard he was taking snaps in the pregame... Injury would be the best answer, I think, to the question. My understanding was he was cleared the day before the game. He may not have practiced enough to participate, especially in those conditions (mere conjecture).
Broken foot end of last year…If my recollection is wrong apologies, but didn't he miss a bunch of time last year as well due to injuries picked up in practice? That's a bit of a red flag potentially, but if he's not costing as money or keeping us from having a ready #1, no problem with him coming back.

Yeah, he stepped up in a bad spot. Can't fault him but can't be thinking he's the plan for next year either.Farrar showed a few flashes but he needs a ton of work. His release is low and slow. Slow processing, no touch and poor decisions are all part of no reps. Can’t blame him for that. As an aside, making yourself a distinct visible target with bright orange shoes is just the epitome of stupid. Kid might have potential but looks like a project that requires cycles we probably don’t have.
