Tuck/Stewie vs KLS/NC

There have been a number of posts commenting on our freshmen so i thought it might be interesting to see how their performance to date compared with that of Stewie and Tuck in there freshman year. T/S played 35 and 36 games respectively so lets call it 35 to make it easy. KLS/NC have played 15 games thus far.
Minutes...T/S averaged a total of 39.5 while KLS/NC 39.2...dead heat.
Scoring....T/S 20.2 vs KLS/NC..14.5....advantage T/S
A/T.....T/S .845 vs KLS/NC 1.158 advantage KLS/NC
Assists/per game....T/S 2.34 KLS/NC 2.93 advantage KLS/NC
Rebounds/game T/S 9.8 KLS/NC 9.4 pretty much the same
Steals/game T/S 1.71 KLS/NC 2.93 advantage KLS/NC
3pt % T/S .32 KLS/NC .31 dead heat

My take away is that, assuming you are happy with Stewie and Tuck, we have a lot to look forward to!!

Katie Lou and Napheesa will both be great players; however, John Altavilla got it wrong. Katie Lou is, at the moment, playing better than Napheesa and is playing a better all-around game. We need both, so hopefully, Napheesa gets back on a roll.

Not sure you can really compare the stats. You have to count into the fact that kls and collier have the top 3 players in the nation running down court with them. MoJeff with both obviously but that caliber of support can't be ignored

Absolutely not. Proud of nyers and greatest shooting touch to ever wear the husky logo, but which trio would you choose in a game of pickup?

Throw in the seniors Faris and Doty and that was a solid returning team - not that dissimilar to the this years returning team.

Interesting comparison - Stewart of course had that first ten game stretch of scoring, but by this time in the season was well into her funk.
