now is not the time to be trying to impose your new rule. you have done well with small ball things thus far and most are happy with u. you must give KO/KH 3 or 4 years right away. its not about if u think we need to do a search or if they are or are not ready to coach. this school needs to come off strong in this move. becuase of how it goes, we could easily look weak if you only give them a 1/2 year deal. 3 of 4 years warde and nothing less. you can get KO/KH at a good price so you have no excuse. if you don't budge off 1/2 years, you will ruin recruiting and the fanbase. your move.
