ON BATMAN
"It's funny, that did get some legs it sounded like. We are and to not get into specifics because I think it's unique to our overall program, unique to my specific teaching progression and that is we have a year long mentality for playing defense. We have a yearlong mentality for defending and even more so becoming a defender. Becoming a defender is a mindset and it's not something you can turn on and turn off. I believe that if you are going to play a great defense, you are going to need to do it with a collection of people that buy into the mentality of defending and being defenders. So we just got to thinking one day about unique defenders and you can think of a bunch of people with a lot of superpowers, but Batman, specifically has really no exceptional superpower, he just had an interest in a mission and trained hard. There's a little bit of darkness there and that's cool, we like that, there's kind of a deep intensity there, so that's what we do, we train, we are ready, you are ready when called upon, that's another hallmark to that Marvel comic, I'm not sure that's it, I'm not a comic book person, but you're ready at any time. To be a defender you have to train and you have to be excited about that as part of the mission."
