As a consequence of that, money doesn't go as far at the University as it would if a building were being done privately. Decisions had to be made as to whether cutback amenities or seats and they decided to cut back seats. My only hope is that expansion was always a part of the plan. Get rid of the ridiculous sideline obstructing student deck, replace it with seats and extend the upper deck.
