Keep it coming ladies. This is my final list of top 3 things for the season:

1) Liv and Aaliyah to stay out of foul trouble.

2) Play UCONN lock down defense and take the air out of the basketball.

3) Everyone eats and we find a way.

P.S. I have to say, unabashedly, that this season has been a labor of love with this team. I miss them already.

1. The team runs out of silly mistakes as they have already committed all of them in the previous games this season so they'll play incredible and out of this world.
2. CW has gotten rid of all the funk in her shooting and she shoots lights out against SC.
3. PB, , and EW light it up from the perimeter and make Dawn question why they even play defense.

Pretty much what everyone is saying is right on the money.

Limit the fouling. No silly fouls

Play solid defense

Take smart shots.

Play Together!

1. Contain and frustrate A . Boston. We don't have to " stop" her.
2. A Huskie " inside " game that commits no more fouls than necessary.
3. A balanced, offensive attack with each Huskie playing to her
strength and knowing that whatever "odd" stuff happens the
Team collectively has each others' " Back". How can we lose with Cool,
Smooth Evina on the court and "big" Dorka providing / displaying
the Huskie's "overwhelming" bench strength. Go Team , Go! Z

  • REBOUND. If SC can't get a ton of offensive rebounds, then they can't outscore UCONN. Boston can get 20 and 20 and if rebounding is close...they can't beat UCONN.
  • Keep turnovers less than 15.
  • Pickup in the backcourt.
Ummm, you nailed it!!!

No more injuries. There have already been too many.
Moving without the ball on offense and get the perimeter shooting going early
Lots of pressure and Nika doing her thing

Just a slight tweak from last game:
1. Defense
2. Foul Shots
3. Make higher ٪ of open shots

1. All the above
2. Paige flexing her muscles with the seniors holding up the trophy.
3. Nobody gets hurt including Geno being carried off the court. ( He's put on weight since 2016 ) ;)

I just want UCONN to play their best game. All around. I would like to see a far better shooting percentage for the team and a minimization of turnovers ( we had, what, 20 last night?). Keep up the great fouls shooting. That won the game.

1. Win the rebounding battle
2. Win the T/O vs Assist ratio
3. Win the game for the Seniors

-Reduced SC drivers to basket
-Fudd hot from start to finish
-If we get to 1 and 2, no need or 3

Azzi to hit 8-10 3's
stalemate on the boards
continue the great free throw shooting from the 4th quarter of the semi final

1. Liv and AE have to stay out of foul trouble and work the offensive boards.
2. Paige and Azzi have to hit threes and score 45-50 between them.
3. CW needs to drive to the basket and not settle for threes.
4. Boston will score but we have to lock down the rest of the starting five.

Going in as under dogs but we have pulled out wins in the last three close games. Just need one more.

No 3 point 4th quarter.
Fight to the end, like they did against Villanova.
Shoot in the 45-55% range, like teams of old
Value every possesion.

well, what i definitely don't want to see is that helmanns commercial. i mean, i like mayo as much as the next person, but when that ad winds down with shots of mayo going into hot dishes, it kinda makes me queasy.
mebbe it's a Minnesota thing. i don't really ice fish much, so i don't know.
i do hope to see that geno look when he stares at a player after a dopey move. u just know he's thinking 'stoonad!' but he never says it. he's too nice.
they prolly should mic him up for when the ref calls a sketchy foul. for the non-lip readers out there, it often looks like he's saying ' ba-fanh....'
and i'd like to see dorka get some more minutes. 35 would be nice.
there, that's 3 things.
oh, and i'd like to see our ballboys, or ballgirls, or whatever they're called, sneak over before tipoff, and tie all the carolina starters shoe laces together. that'd be pretty funny if they get up when their name is called, then trip and fall down. yeppers, shure like to see that.
ok, thats definitely 3.
and, instead of geno always having to be the one to lose his mind and run out there, i'd like to see that lady who helps him lose her mind and run out there, and geno having to be the one to go get her, and calm her down. i mean, equal rights and all that. it's only fair, even if she can't yell funny insults in italian.
ya know, the more i think on this, the more i's like to see someone get pantsed on the court. i mean, it's an age old tradition on the hardwood, but i guess that u can't pants the ladies cuz of some special rules or something, but it shure would be funny. yes, indeedy. i saw that some famous guy walked onstage and clocked his pal the other day, and as far as i can tell, a lot of folks thought that was pretty funny. who's right? who's wrong? who cares, just funny.
