After a difficult victory over Villanova, when we were both fatigued and off, here are my top 3 things against Providence:

1) A well rested and energetic team;

2) A blowout so we can rotate our bench in and get some rest for our starters;

3) Lou and Aaliyah to refind their groove.

We have a well deserved day off today so let's recharge those batteries and just concentrate on Wednesday night. One game at a time.

What three things do I want to see most of all, in my heart of hearts? That’s easy:
1. Caroline 2. Caroline 3. Caroline

But if that’s not possible yet, then I’d settle for
1. Amari 2. Inês 3. Ayanna

The more we see of them, the better the game is going and the more rest our superheroes can get.

  1. NO INJURIES - NO ONE ON THE FLOOR LAYING ON THEIR BACK AND GRABBING THEIR KNEES.
  2. RESUME STEADY SHOOTING ACCURACY FROM ALL FIVE STARTERS.
  3. SINCE Providence is weak - use more Bench personnel.

No injuries.
As much rest as possible for the starters.
A win, but it's ok if it's close. Save the special sauce for Sunday.

  1. Bench play
  2. Bench play
  3. Bench play
And the obvious - no injuries. PC is not a good team. Should be able to get at least 15 minutes for Ayanna and at least 12 for Amari and Ines...

The rest of you really nailed it. Not much to add except to exhort more time for the bench players.

1). No Injuries
2). A huge lead so the 2nd unit can give some of the starters some much needed rest.
3). Coach CD post game presser.

1. Completely shut down Providence's Brynn Farrell
2. Significant playing time for Ayanna, Amari, and Ines
3. Double-Doubles for AE, Aubrey and Dorka

1. Fans not whining about bad officiating
2. Fans not blaming ineffective play on fatigue
3. Geno being less stubborn so there are no dnp’s in the book.

Rest. They need to get back to where they can play 4 quarters of consistent BB. Tennessee they had a bad quarter, Villanova they had two bad quarters. The shooters, especially Lou didn't seem to have her legs the whole game. The bench is wobbly but they need to get a couple minutes of rest for the starters to continue this run thru the end of the season.
