Bria Holmes at #10? Way to represent home grown Connecticut girls!!

Compare that to their high school rankings and Stewie at the top is the only thing that's the same.

Jefferson is pretty close - she was 2/3 I believe in rankings and is listed as 4 here based I think on position more than skill. I could see her taken 2 or 3 depending on team needs as she is easily the best PG.

I thought the same when I saw the list. She will be the premier point guard coming out of college.

Moriah is a smart player, possibly the fastest player around, and she shoots 58% from the floor, 50% on threes, and 85% on FTs. She also plays hellacious defense. In addition, she will put fannies in the seats by her dynamic play. For a team that needs a PG, she will be a great fit.

Where is Alisia Jenkins? As needed by USF as Courtney Williams. A double double most nights.

Her size, or rather lack of it, will work against her in the WNBA. Think Ivory Latta.

Latta is playing well for Coach Mike. Plus she is not half the defender that MoJett is.

I agree that Mo is small, but Tamika Johnson is still playing, and she's 5'3".

Vandersloot is 5'8. Briann January is 5'8.

You don't think these players will be extremely effective next several years because they are 5'8?

And therefore you don't think that much of MoJeff as a pro?

Morgan Tuck isn't going any where, she's set in UCONN's starting lineup for her redshirt year! Bet the ranch!

Courtney Walker would be my pick after Stewart, Loyd, Jefferson and Graves. Otherwise the list is spot on.

Well, things have worked out extremely well for UConn since the arrival of the 2012 recruiting class, but nevertheless, I will always wonder why in the gosh darn heck we didn't take Bria Holmes!

On another note, let's say for argument's sake that the prediction is correct. What that would entail is that the starting lineup from UConn's magnificent 2013-14 team would have had the following WNBA draft outcomes:

Stewie- #1
KML- #1 (probably)
Moriah- #4
Stef- #6
Bria- #7

The comparable outcome was the starting lineup from the also-magnificent 2001-02 team:

Sue- #1
Diana- #1
Swin- #2
Asjha- #4
Tamika- #6

I'd take a flyer on McGee-Stafford as a top 10 pick in next years draft

Yep. 6'7 players don't come around too often. She had a nice game yesterday. 24pts and 15 rebounds I believe.

Jillian Alleyne is about right. I think she is a player.

If she (Mg-Staff) has a big year next year.... she could be #2 in the draft.

Rather close, actually. Whatever happened to Sue and Diana?

Not according to her... but there's no point in rehashing that argument.

I'd agree with you if she isn't expected to be a top-tier pick or she gets hurt.

This site also has Kiah Stokes in the top 10 this year, I'd take it with a grain of salt

Even with her limited offense, Kiah has a chance to go in late in the 1st round to either Lynx or Mercury.
